In recent years, Quoi Son commune has paid special attention to social security work, considering it one of the most important tasks. However, with local internal resources alone, it is not enough to support the disadvantaged as well as to build rural transport works that need the help of benefactors and sponsors.

Therefore, PINACO has decided to support the locality to build 02 bridges for people living in Thanh Dong Hamlet (9m long, 03m wide) and in Hoa Tay Hamlet (14m long, 2m wide) with a total cost of 136,018,000 copper, to create conditions for people to easily travel and transport goods safely; support to renovate and build 02 houses of love for poor households and policy families in the commune with a total amount of VND 94,000,000. PINACO also supported the budget (VND 61.7 million) to build a security light route in the commune (with a total length of 1,300m and 65 light poles) to create a well-ventilated environment, contributing to the good implementation of the campaign. mobilize the entire people to unite to build a cultural life associated with improving the quality of the new rural commune. With the sense of responsibility of the construction contractor and the contribution of local people, the above works were promptly completed in early January 2020, creating conditions for people to enjoy the Spring and Tet holidays with peace of mind.
